B2S/B2B Week 1- WordPress.com
Ok so this week’s assignment wasn’t easy for me as I am still using wordpress.com.
I had hoped to be over to .org by Sept 5th but the move is going a little slower than expected.
I do have to say that wordpress.com has been busy the last few months added new widgets and tools.
They now have a share button for twitter, facebook, and other feeds.
They added a stats widget for your page.
They updated the stats page so you can see all your traffic and hits, in one single clear view.
So I am going to cheat a little as otherwise I would just have to skip this post and fail.
Using wordpress.com there is a special section for widgets and it is really easy to use. The limited widgets are listed and all you have to do is drag and drop to the sidebar you want them located on. Then edit the info save and it is there.
So it is simple and easy to use. 2 clicks and I had a stats counter. 2 clicks and I added my categories.
So it is easy to setup and when you want to move things around all you do is drag and drop it.
So their might not be much on wordpress.com versus org and blogger. But what is there is simple, easy-to-use, and they are always adding new widgets.
